I Have been running the shoutcast server for about one month and now all of a sudden I start to get this message when I start it up.
[yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 205.188.197.13:8000) from the Internet, disable NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection refused)).
Can anyone help?

I would say the message is rather evident.
Open your router config in yer browser and forward ports 8000 and 8001 to the comp running shoutcast.

I'm behind a router in a LAN,
I mapped the ports 8000-8001 an serveral other, ALL TCP + UDP
I tried http://www.radiotoolbox.com/cantheygetin/ and :
"Reason Given: Connection refused
More about this error: This essentially means that the port is open to the internet but has no services associated with it. There is no firewall protection on this port."
If i connect my winamp to my server (running on the same PC) this message appears: "[yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 80.128.69.165:8000) from the Internet, disable NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection refused))"
The sever works intern from any other PC in my LAN but not outside???
