Where I can find specification of NSV video format? Is it available? And if not, will it be one day?

Ive been there. But there are only binaries for windows, and some samples, no single word about the format itself...

There is no real written spec yet. Though try reading through the SDK

It only covers creating new decoders/encoders for nsv...
