I cant find my playlist editor! I seem to have lost it. It's only gone in the skin i'm working on. I think it might be out of the desktop view and I cant seem to figure out how to get it back. I've tried everything I can think of. Please help.

What version of Winamp are you using? If it's 2.xx, close Winamp, open the folder "C:\Program Files\Winamp" (or where ever you installed Winamp), then edit the file "Winamp.ini". Look for "pe_wx=" and "pe_wy=". Change the entries to "pe_wx=0" and "pe_wy=0"

if it's winamp3, try going to the thinger, and clicking on the "playlist editor" button, or right click on the main window, and select windows -> playlist editor. i don't know how to reset the placements, though :hang:...

OK, I tried that and still no playlist editor. I tried an experiment, by pushing the playlist editor out of the screen on one of the other skins to where I could not see it. But when I booted that skin back up it was in it's default place where it was suposed to be. I'm still stumped:igor:, because i'm using that same playlist editor on the skin where it's missing. Please help! My sweet ass skin is virtually useless without it! Thanks for all the help:D

Ok, here's the new scoop;
Tooltips- working
Playlist editor-not
Thinger- not

None of these things will appear on my screen!:mad:
I've gone through my code a million times and can't find one thing wrong! None of the other skins are doing this, just on the one I want it to!:igor: What the hell is wrong?:hang:

Ya, I agree, but I heard that i'm not supposed to post two threads with the same topic in the forums. I'm unaware of how to move a thread. but i'm up for any advice I can get!

tick tock and ya just don't stop!:D :D :D
I FIXED MY SHIT! yessiree, I feel smart! even though it turned out to be an easy fix. For anyone who ever comes across this problem in the future, just rename the directory(name of) that the skin is in, along with all the backup files that Winamp makes and, Boda bing, boda bang, boda boom! All fixed just as good as new! The original problem is yet to be discovered but I don't care anymore!
Thanks all, fer tha help n shit! Be prepared to see this badass skin coming soon to the skin directory. I havnt quite decided which name is going to go with it but the creator is Jesse Powning AKA "Dynamik". :up: :up: :up:
Oh and did I mention that Winamp:winamp:3 ROCKS! All doubts have officially been deminished!
PEACE,
Dynamik
