Is there an API call to get Spectrum Analyzer values?

I am making an external program (not a plugin) and I was wondering if it is possible to get values from the Spectrum Analyzer using API?

I have read the NSDN API documentation and I could not find anything that would give me accurate results.

I apologize if this is in the wrong thread, I could not find a more appropriate place to post this.

As far as I know the Spectrum Data is created by the input plugin decoder ;)
No APIs calling for the input plugin's func/proc :(
