Monkey does not save any ini setting when closing.

Windows size, beat detection settings, etc.

It also doesn't pick up different refresh rates on my card (albeit a very old one). This seems to be the case with the other plugins (Smoke v1.06 and Geiss II) that are based on the new SDK.
