Shoutcast set up

Hi,

This is my 1st post.

I am trying to let visitors of my site www.koalakube.com listen to some mp3 streamed.
Untill now i have been using the Real audio application,but i am not very happy with it.
The other choice is Shoutcast.
Ok,so this gonna be a very lame problem,but,i cant make it work.I just dont have a clue on how to set it up.
I just want to stream on demand some tunes.
The site is in FLASH (my lame attempt to build a decent flash mp3 streamer are awfully lotsssss).

I am going truh the docs,but i cant just understand it.

Anybody can please help me out?
