Need a Skin!!!

Hello.
First... I have no idea how to make a skin and I can not make graphics. That why I ask here for help. (excuse my english :( ).

I want to have a WinAmp Skin 3.x for my homepage. We just start Radio on WinAmp yesterday and I want to give my visitors the option to let their WinAmp look like my page. :D
Just as a service from me to them.

Ok... now my question (please do not lought about me... have had enought jokes on other sites :cry: ):
Who would make a skin for me :winamp: ???
Yes... I asked that question and hope to find a person. :D

Zu erstmal... ich habe keine Ahnung, wie ich einen Skin erstelle und ich kann auch keine Grafiken erstellen. Darum frage ich hier nach Hilfe!

It's about as likely someone around here will make you a skin for free as it is for me to change sex overnight

Skins, and in particular WA3 skins take a lot of time and effort to create and getting someone to do it for nothing is unlikely.

Also factor into the equation that 99% of the skinners who dwell around here are greedy capitalistic pigs who would sell their own mothers if they could make a quick $$ or two.

If you got the cash I'm sure you could persuade someone, if you got other goodies to offer, I'm sure you could also probably persuade someone.

I start at $250 a skin by the way :)

Just want to know, who can make a skin... whitch would be look good and a little bit like my page... so that visitors remember it.

Ok... 250$ is the price where you start... any one else who make skins. Any exemple for a skin you made???
Do not understand me wrong, but I will not pay 250 - 500$ for bad work and not if I could get the same for a only 220$... I think you know what I meen.

It all happened after I posted my e-mail in some post or mayeb in Winamp.com's skin section or something like that..
If anyone could point me to the IDIOT who decided to start sending virus e-mails to us winamper's, I'd sure like to know, cos I want to kill the asshole..

Naam: I've started blocking all those virus e-mails, it aint easy to block 'em all but atleast most of them can be blocked pretty easily..

I don't know how well that works with hotmail though..

ive gotten klez from francis@winamp.com, rpeterclark.com, and others i cant think of....just thought that was a bit intresting

I wouldn't be surprised if you're gonna get virus e-mails from my e-mail aswell...

the asshole who started this made the virus so it collects e-mail addresses and use them to both send the virus to but also to show as the "from" address..

None of the persons you mentioned have actually sent any virus e-mail..
Though they are probably getting alot of virus e-mails too..

i realize this, i just noticed one was from francis...which may account for winamp being a seemingly huge source of these emails

yep, some companies/people probably use the skin section for this. And they are coming everytime from a wrong email addy.

can't anyone who has direct access to his mail server check from which SMTP server all these emails come? at least give us the IP so we can block it.

I could ask the administrator of my mail server to do that but he's way too busy :(

this is a bit off topic, but...can't you guys look at the email header to find the IP/domain address of where the virus emails are coming form and block the IP/domain? It's easy to fake who sent the email, but damn hard to fake the IP/domain address of where an email came from.

yeah but atleast my e-mail account cannot block e-mails that have specific info in the header...
also, most of the e-mails I receive have different IP's in the headers..
Ofcourse there are e-mails from one and the same place, coming in every damn minute, but those e-mails are blocked already..

I've found my solution to the problem...
There is a comon set of ascii characters coming in all those emails.
I've asked the admin of my mailserver to block emails that contain that code so that i don't have to download those emails.:)
