Love MilkDrop! Geiss is helping pioneer a new art form.
Here's my request (I hope it gets lots of support):
Implement a silence threshold (preferably adjustable) that causes any graphics to fade or disolve when the audio input drops below a certain level. Anything below that level would be considered 'silence', and therefore the screen would be blank.
The purpose for having the threshhold adjustable would be to take into account any little buzzes or pops that may be feeding into the audio input.
This would be helpful to DJs, and more asthetically pleasing to the at home users as well.
Thanks :)
