he's 8wks old, gray colored with white paws.

so please, help me name the kitten,

name's i've thought of and discarded:
neko (too many cat's named neko)
five (as in cat5, really bad geek joke)
script (script kitty, another really bad geek joke)...
kitty (i have one named kitty already)


so let those creative juiced flow and help me name my kitten... i'll try to find picutures later on.

ok, know that i've known the cat for a WEE bit longer, i'm starting to know the cat a bit better (keeping in mind i've only known the thing for 6hrs)...

it's spend most of it's time sleeping...
the rest of the time it spends trying to climb _into_ things (my shirt incuded)...
it chases the various assortment of cables that litter the room tirelessley (making 5 a tempting name)... and no, no pictures yet... going out to buy a camera tomorrow (hopefully) and then maybe some low-res snaps off an old webcam tonight... (i know.. i'm infatuated with the animal)....

i have two other cats right now and a dog (for reference).. it's met both other cats and seems un-affected by the experience.. it remains to be seen how it likes the dog

i'm leaning towards the name griffis, partially just because, calling the cat spiffed was tempting.. but it seemed dangerous...

I had a cat named Sparky. He was a rather large orange with darker orange stripes-type cat. All of his 23 lbs of bulk was pretty much all muscle. He was an inside/outside cat that had a rather funny schedule. He would leave for a week, come back, leave for 3 weeks, come back, leave for a month, come back, leave for 3 months, come back, leave for 9 months, come back, and then leave for the final time. He was MY first cat. Now either he is living somewhere else or dead. Considering the amount of time that he would have lived, he is probably dead of old age or fights. I loved that cat and miss him, but I've moved on.

My family had a grey cat named Magic who lived with my folks since they lived in Hawaii. I was born just a few months after Magic was born, belive it or not. She had a great personality. We had to have her put down because she got cancer. That sucked.:hang: :cry: :( I mourned for a good while. I still miss that cat. She was good people.

We now have a cat named Phantom. She is grey with white feet and a white "mask" that runs up one side of her nose, hence the name "Phantom." She has one annoying but funny personality quirk: any important papers that are laying on the floor, a table, or in your lap will become subject to being sat or laid upon.:D She is going to dislike moving to the new house in Georgia because we already have an outside cat there who is named Sparky in honor of my first cat.
