Is there a plugin for winamp3 that you can use winamp 2 plugins??? whats the url or where do i get it?

Nope. Unfortunately, to totally change the component interface, backwards compatibility had to be scrapped. But fear not, developers are already making plug-ins to run Winamp 2.X plug-ins. For Input download WA2Input (http://www.blorp.com/~peter/wa3/wa2input.exe). General and DSP plug-ins can be run with Winamp3 Plug-in Manager (http://members.telocity.com/~schweitn/wa3/wa2mgr/index.html). The Winamp 2.X API can be emulated with RM-X (http://www.deskmod.com/?show=showskin&skin_id=14271) and Winamp3 Plug-in Manager (http://members.telocity.com/~schweitn/wa2mgr/). Visualizations can be run with the Classic Visualization Component (http://www.winamp.com/components3/detail.jhtml?componentId=122130).
