I don't get it.

I had a dream that Amazon.com (which I've never used before) was sending me a message that a certain item was on sale. Something like that... the dream was a bit fuzzy, so I don't remember the details exactly. Then, my computer woke me up by RINGING! WTF? It just started ringing twice like a telephone, then it stopped as soon as it started. I repeat: WTF?

If your on dial up it might be someone trying to ring you or summert. Other than that I dream about making love to beautiful women.

you know, rm', you can set aim to ring or even moo when certain people sign on. i'm sure other programs have similar features as well. perhaps it was some program trying to get your attention with a preset action, such as ringing?
