Is there a way to create our own .nsv videos using winamp or other software?
I am assuming the file size is smaller than that used by real player and WMP for streaming. I am able to stream a 400kbps .nsv with no stopping or cutting out or rebuffering whereas WM files and Real player always cut out and have degraded sound and video.
