We are a record label, you site is a music site, we are not attempting to sell
any products all we are looking for is feedback on our new music video, that you will end up with in the future anyway, we are just looking for feedback on the song and the video, none of which are available for sale anyway.

You don't have to be selling anything to be soliciting our users to peruse your services. The rules are clear on that. And we are not a "music site", we are a media player site, which offers some music downloads. The downloads get there through corporate sponsorship. They pay for it, and that is why they don't appreciate spammers coming to take away their users. Repeatedly breaking the rules, especially after a warning is grounds for banning. So, please, stop soliciting before you earn yourself a ban.
For the record, I personally now have a negative view of your record company, because of your marketing tactics. I hope you understand that I have no ill will towards you achieving your goals, just the method by which you choose to achieve them.
