Skins not supported

I had Winamp 3 at one time and recently uninstalled it. I was using the MMD3 skin, I loved it. Well, I just downloaded Winamp 3 again and now I am unable to get any new skins. Every one I try shows an error saying the skin is not supported by Winamp3. It was before...what could be wrong now?

"The skin you're trying to load doesn't seem to be a supported skin by Winamp3"
WindowsME problem maybe? Anyway, some skins make heavy use of desktop alpha and, by default, these will only run on Windows 2000 and XP. Though if you get this error, right-click and select "Save target As..." on the download link and download it to the Winamp3/skins folder. Restart. You should be able to select it from there.
