Ok heres a strange problem that has been seriously pissing me off. Well the deal is I have my 2nd computer here broadcasting with dsp to a server. For some odd reason, every now and then the connection between winamp and the server timesout, then it counts down and reconnects, which is only like a 10 second procedure so it isnt a big deal. Only problem is that the music pauses as soon as you are disconnected from the server you are broadcasting to and then when you reconnect, it remains paused. This proves to be a huge problem if im not around to keep an eye on it. Any ideas? I have winamp 2.81 and dsp 1.8.2b . I already searched the forum, couldn't find anything. Please help anyone. Thanks

Steve

Hello,

I am having the exact same problem. I installed a copy of Winamp 2.81 and DSP 1.8.2b on my station's audio source server on Monday, December 30th, and since then this problem has occured approximately every 4-6 hours. It is incredibly annoying, and I will have to take Shoutcast offline if this is going to continue, because the General Manager is not happy about this. Please help!

Thanks,
Christopher Maynard
