what time do you usually go to bed?

me? about 1am normally, 10pm when i have rowing or something early the next day, and 3am if im werking on something big...

I go to bed whenever im tired, otherwise i cant sleep. Basically, i have no body clock, so i cant get to sleep until im ready to.

Sometimes im on a 36 hour day, sometimes im on a 20 hour day...
