y0, recently i had installed a game about 800mb...and it had a lot of audio files....anywho, i deleted the game...now i'm finding that when i start up my winamp, my files would play for about a minute (it was a bit scratchy) and then the sound would blank out.
my speakers are fine, when i have voice convo's w/ ppl i can hear them fine and all. everything's plugged in.
i'm not sure which version i had (it could have possibly been before 2...but it wasn't that old), but i also just d/l winamp 3, and it won't even play at all, and the demo cuts out, too. i'm not sure what to do...and i'm sorry, i didn't know where to post this either. i would really appreciate the help, and if someone decides to reply, you can directly send it to me email ( StitchesS@hotmail.com ) b/c it's faster. thanks for reading

Some system specs (os, soundcard, cpu, mobo etc) would help.

Have you tried uninstalling instead of just deleting? Also was the music working after you installed the game, did it stop before you deleted?
