I noticed today that NTV [http://lsac1-0-s01.shoutcast.net:8012/] is broadtcasting in the nullsoft video format, and was wondering if anyone else had noticed other servers broadcasting similarly.

no this is a private test, it is not public yet as far as i know.

DNAS v 1.9.2 does support NSV, and maybe some other formats if it is a brain-dead relay. (For Vorbis the server has to do extra stuff, so DNAS192 can't handle it). Anyways, it's a precursor to SHOUTcast3, which is supposed to be multiple formats.

Nope. Very little information has actually been released.
