You can call it what you want. Considering these are winamp forums and winamp is used mainly for multimedia.....I can advertise any mp3s that I'd like. Thanks for showing concern..THANKS =];)

actually, it's a blatant violation of the winamp.com forums charter to advertise the way you have. you can advertise whatever you want, but you'd damn well better pay the advertising fee to get your banner put up first. think about the people paying to get that banner up there to get their product out there, and think of the potential of what you just did by working around the system to get your "free advertising". by doing so, not only have you cheated nullsoft out of the revenue they deserve from your advertising dollars, but you've also just flipped all the paying advertisers the bird by saying "hey, i'm getting it for free!"

most of the regulars here won't touch your "free" link out of courtesy, and it'll be removed in the next 24 hours by a mod, anyway. you broke the rules, that's the way it goes. please, though, stick around and get involved in one of our many technical and non-technical debates. we'll welcome you as a new member, but not as a spammer.
