Can anyone make a skin that has a timer that counts down like a scoreboard?

Like is there a skin or plug-in that has a time thing that counts down minutes, seconds and tenths of seconds? I am very into this kind of stuff. I like sports but I'm also into the details like uniforms, field/court design and scoreboards. Well, any help is appreciated. And DON'T call me a geek. :D

Er, in Winamp 2, you can press the "Time Display" area in the Main Window, and instead of the time counting up... it will have the time left... no tenths of secodns/milliseconds, though.

Right, you can have countdown, but no ms.
