InstType and Section

There is any macro to change the text of the InstType and Section instructions, so that I can set the a different text in any different language. Something like the macros to set the descriptions of the components in any language.

There is no macro that does this but you can do it the old fashioned way as can be seen in Examples\languages.nsi.
