Does anyone know if a Geforce 4 Ti 4800 can support 3 video outputs?

Right now i have it set up as:

19" Monitor running at 1600 x 1200 hooked to the vga output
14" monitor running at 1024 x 768 hooked the the dvi output through an adapter

my real question does anyone know how to enable a 3rd output to my tv through the tv hook up on the card or is that even possible?

Tv is a 24" and can run upto a 1024 x 786 res

System info:
OS:<Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 1 (5.1 - 2600)>
RAM:<172/256MB (67.19%)>
CPU:<1-AMD XP, 1533MHz, 256KB (0% Load)>
Video:<NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4800 SE 1600x1200 32bit 72Hz>
Sound:<Realtek AC97 Audio>

Thank you

I believe you can. I have my television and one monitor hooked up. Haven't tried hooking up another monitor as well.

Nope. These are dual head cards with 3 connection options.

I have a similar setup using a ti4400 connected to 19" @1920x1440 and a 17" @1152x864 plus a 51cm tv for watching dvd's/gaming etc.

Just go into display properties > settings > display 2 > advanced > tab with the cards name > device selection to switch between analog display and tv.

Of course you could add a pci card to run the second monitor and use the tv out at the same time. A gf4 mx420 pci would be perfect.

Jaton make a dual head gf4 mc440 pci which im thinking about getting as i have a third monitor i'd like to be able to connect.

Oh, I thought that they could support three.

Liquid, you either have to have a HDTV or sit back from yours. The main reason it's blurry is because of the interleave on TV's so that they can make the picture bigger.

You cant. Tv's are very low res, with only 525 scan lines for ntsc and 625 for pal, so you cant properly display even a 640x480 image on them clearly.

Thats why crt computer monitors cost much more per square inch.

Make sure tv is checked, then click detect displays. If it still doesnt work manually select the video output format (composite or svideo). You should also check to make sure you have selected the correct format (although my tv out does work in most formats, it just looks crap when its not correct).

If all else fails, turn your pc off, unplug the second monitor, restat and see if it detects the tv ok. Then turn it off again, plug the second monitor back in, restart and see if you can switch between them.

I know it's possible to switch between displays while theyre both plugged in, as i do it quite often.

Not when I would have to get a new MB, Processor. My crappy comp has no AGP slots.. Compaq go figure.,. Although the TNT2 32 meg pci was an upgrade form 4mb pci... And I added like 100 more mb of ram.
