I preferred to keep this post in the GD because it's about an interesting book that talks about weapon trade in general in the world. It might relate to some way or another to the current war, but it's not about it. It just shows some hidden and dark side of this trade that really controls a major part of countries policies and brings to light the international mafias of countries and politicians-dealers that stand behind it.

And in its side related to today's war, it brings one more light to some of the 'benefits' (rather than 'values') that formed the agenda of the US aggression against Iraq now and its presence in the Gulf since 1991.

I couldn't find it in e-book form (yet) this is why here is just a link to it for those who might be interested to have a look or may be purchase it.

Sounds like a thinly veiled attack on the war to me. No thanks. I'll stick to fiction and unbiased subjects, thank you very much.

All learning is good refusing to read something because it might change your opinion is the most nonsensical thing in the world.

I was in Nashville, Tennesee last year, after the show I went to a Waffle House, I'm not proud of it, I was hungry. And I'm alone, I'm eating and I'm reading a book, right? Waitress walks over to me, "Tch tch tch tch. Hey, what you readin' for?"
Is that like the weirdest fucking question you've ever heard? Not what am I reading, but what am I reading for. Well, godammit, you stumped me. Why do I read?
Well... hmmm... I guess I read for a lot of reasons, and the main one is so I don't end up being a fucking waffle waitress.
Reminds me of that Mark Thomas comedy Produt (http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/tv/tv_programs/the_mark_thomas_product/_review/370508/) show he did. - Very scary stuff!
