VCD's from NSV's

I want to put the momentum.nsv file onto a vcd that I can play on my dvd player. Does anyone know of a program that can convert nsv to vcd format?

I don't think anything can actually decode NSVs yet. Though try the version of FLAS MPEG that cmae with NSVtools.
