Need support, starting a livestream

He guys,
First I want to tell you, that I'm German and my English is very bad.

In future I'd like to set up a stream-server in the internet. But I'm a n00b in streaming and making online-radio.
So I need someone who is able to support me a bit and help me with configurating my streams.

It would be very kind if someone contacts me via ICQ (my number is 117582503) and it would be also very kind if this person is German.
