trying to broadcast live video and audio(56k stereo) and continue to get a static like affect during the stream.

Also, my video seems to stall out for a few. Not sure why.

What could I be doing wrong?

Thanks for any assistance.

on the NSV config did you downsample or change the audio converter to Mono as well?

I have the "live" video portion of this on lockdown. Very satisfied with the results. For whatever reason though I just can's cant get the results with audio. I'm curious as to whether or not there may be a conflict with the the shoutcast dsp when using DSP Stacker v1.6.

Here is my current NSVENC Audio Configuration:

Resample audio to:
44100 / Mono
Lowpass / Checked
Volume multiplier / 1.000

Audio Send-ahead / 0
Min/max snyc Frame interval / 0 / 120
File Header / unchecked
TOC / 1024

Audio Format:
MP3
Mode / CBR / Mono
Bitrate / 56
Quality / low

I just dun get it.

Terrible Inaudible Static.

Hey everyone, I've got a problem just like this guy had a year ago.

I've got the video working flawlessly with the live video streaming, however when using it in conjunction with audio, it's terrible, and I mean TERRIBLE static. To the point where it would break your speakers if they were turned up.

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, I've tried every single recording source I could find, and turned it all the way down.

I've got the latest lame_enc.dll and I'm still stuck.

Anyone ever experienced this?

I've got a SB Audigy 2 Platinum.

Thanks in advance,
Chew
