Can't create simple grabber

Status: attempting stream of webcam. Told I should use SHOUTcast DNAS on localhost just like streaming audio, which ive done successfully. Using NSVCap. Wondering if its a configuration problem, when I select start capture I get the alert "Can't create simple grabber". Assistance would be much appreciated.

You need to install the latest DirectX from Microsoft (this will be fixed in the next version)
