I just recently stumbled on this (http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=131814&highlight=Disconnect). It's a thread started by mcren. He complains about BeanNet and it's constant downtime. If you read further, you'll see a post by someone named Fire Cat. Supposedly, he works for BeanNet. Well, if you read a bit further, Fire Cat reveals who mcren is, in a public forum. Which, really, isn't too bad. But honestly, Fire Cat, was that necessary? Is this how BeanNet does business? Normally, I wouldn't care about what mcren has to say about you or your business. But based on that thread alone, I will not in anyway support, or recommend BeanNet. And it's because of you, Fire Cat. I'm not trying to place blame. I'm just suggesting you change your business practices and ethics. Is it really good business to try and prove your customers, or even former customers are liars? Wouldn't it have been better to try and resolve it, like: "Sorry you feel that way about BeanNet. The remaining balance in your account has been refunded, and sorry we could not continue our business relationship." Would you have handled it like that, I'd sure as hell be not only impressed, but I'd probably be interested in you hosting my stream, as I'm sure many other people would have.
