USed nsvenc from the command line?

Did you configure it first?

Set up the encoder options to use VP3.1?

What settings did ya use.

I have had this problem before, it is working, try using winamp 3.0 to View it, I have this same problem, I bet you are using 2.9.1 to view?

MPEG OVERRIDE is the normal user agent for the NSV decoder in winamp. You initiated an mpeg override when you put ;stream.nsv in your address in winamp.
