Multiple Headers.txt files?

Is it possible to have multiple headers.txt files. Possibly renaming each headers?

1. headers_1.txt
2. headers_2.txt

The issue is someone else is utilizing pre-encoding video broadcasting on the same box that I am.

The name doesn't havew to be headers.txt. As long as you specify the right name for the headers file you want to use in nsvenc.
