ok, i was wondering if there is a way that i can have multiple bitrates. like one for dial up listeners and one for broadband, becuz we are getting feedback from 56k users that it skips on theres, and we dont wanna have to keep responding to these e-mails, and make everyone happy by having a hi/lo bandwidth stream (ie. 24kbps stream and a 64kbps stream)..can anyone help with this?

that is helpful ,only one problem i am hosted by Mediacast1.com , and they dont let you have access to the config. i guess i should just e-mail them and see if they will support this or not

If you are using a third party host such as mediacast1 you will need to purchase an additional "server" at the other bitrate you want to broadcast at (i.e. 24 kbps) then setup your DSP to send the streams to the proper "server".
