No Video in Streaming, please help.

Hi, i want to broatcast tv from my PC to my notebook
over my lan. It seems to work. Audio works perfectly
but there is now video stream. I've used Winamp 2,91 and
3.0 for viewing. Shoucast Server Vers. 1.9.2 an the newest
NSV Tools. Please HELP !!
