cant get text on bottom of vid. image

I cant seem to get that little translucent text going on the bottom of my video stream, can someone please help me?

Also. I need to know how to hook my sound card up directly to my stream, bypassing my mic. for times when Im not around, and just want to broadcast an image with full audio sound, not mic'd in sound.

Any help would be appreciated.
