how to set capture to tv-cards tv-in

nsvenv.exe seems to activate the tvtuner on my tvcard all the time, how is it possible to get it to cap the composite tv-in?

why do i want to do this?

using nview i can get video of whats happening on my screen, gfxcard tvout -> tvcard tv-in, can easily stream gaming sessions etc

Open your TV turner program and select the input source as composite in.
