NSV Live Capture

I have two troubles:

1. In my NSV Live Capture, the options "direct show time" and "frame time" are disable; what that mean?.

2. I can send video streaming into my shout cast server, but the preview screen of NSV Live Capture just show me the capture in the half of the screen; the other half show me green screen or interference; then, when i rescue the video from the server into my PC, i can see the image compress to the half of the complete size of the video, the other half is blak screen. How can fix that?

this second problem doesn´t happen when i use an usb logitech web cam.

my capture device is a pixel view 748..

I have the exact same thing. I also notice that I can't get video to stream but if I select "capture audio" I can get just audio. Without "capture audio" turned on, i get nothing from localhost when watching my own stream. Timer doesn't even go.
