What kind of gamer are you?

What kind of gamer are you? Are you someone who won't quit until you beat the game? Or are you the type of person who plays it only few times and then just quit? Could you be the type of person that will always play it no matter what? Or will you play it til it sucks? Something else?

Meh, I usually play a game no matter what...Seems to me, I'll play a game until it annoys me, and still want to play it again, even if I've beaten the game over 3 times and unlocked everything...Now-a-days, the only reason for me not playing a certain title is because "I don't have the time"... :p

Depends what the game is, I get bored easily and often drop games when I run into a brick wall, ie some nigh on impossiable style boss dude to beat.

I'll come back to them eventually however, I like to get value for money out of my software.

I'll usually play it until i beat it, unless the game was less than spectacular in the first place. It then usually sits on the floor out of its cd case. (Cd murder):D

At the moment, I'm gearing myself up for Half Life 2 by playing Blue Shift and just practising my gaming skills.

It's funny how after looking at the Half Life 2 E3 Demo, how unappealing Half Life Blue Shify suddenly becomes :p

I'd like to play UT2003 one day, played the demo, liked the graphics.

GTA3 is cool just for pissing around when you are bored, Vice City I'm sure will be good to, when I can get my hands on the game.

When is Half Life 2 coming out again? I wanna knock down the doors of Game and buy it damnit :D
Unfortunately, due to 'revision' for GCSEs at the moment, I can't really play games much.

Oh, I also practise my snooker / pool skills with a very realistic (physics wise and graphics wise) game called Cue Ball, it pwns, I recommend it to anyone :)

It really depends on the game... and sometimes, it depends on how much time I have. Sometimes I'll go on a week-long gaming frenzy, and other times, I'll go for months without touching a game.

Some games I still play after 5 or 6 years (railroad tycoon 2 and rollercoaster tycoon for example), sometimes I'm bored yet by playing the demo (Rise of nations for example, the 1 billionst age-or-empires rip-off)

Depends on the game. I usually beat all my games in around a month. If I play them after that it really depends. But whenever friends comeover i can play video games forever on multi.

I barely play singleplayer games anymore, but when i am I'm like the RPG type of gamer, and then try to get 1337 magic skills. But Usually i just play online (ut2k3) just for fun.
And If i ever play a singleplayer game, I never finish the game, just because i get bored fast. Its just like skinning I started like a lot of skins but halfway through I just loose my interest in them and I go on to do something else.

UT2003 was a good Game,the best game and I play it all day

after the sims,Medal of Honor and Quake3
the solo game was good but boring (postal2,unreal2)

Depends what the game is, if there's a stupidly impossible part in a really good game, I'll endeavor to beat it. If there's a stupidly impossible part in a mediocre game, I'll just drop it.

Usually come back to them though, I like to get value for money out of my software.

depending on the type of game I played half-life a lot whe nI got then I quit for a month cause I coudnt beat but then I got back into it and beat it

games Like Vice City I played non-stop until I beat it

I'll play a game until i beat it, or until i get bored of it. Depends on what games im playing.
