"Unusual" games

Originality has become fairly rare in videogames today so what games would you qualify as unusual because they're really different from the mainstream stuff ?

I have to say that ICO on the PS2 is almost surreal, never played anything like that before, wonderful game and ambience, and so original.

The original Ecco the dolphin was unusual in it's day, can't say I've played as an aquatic lifeform before or after that, rock hard gameplay as well, drove me around the bend trying to fathom <cymbal crash> it out...

I found pacman very original in its days and pong aswell :p

a other rather original game can be found on the net these day's, but I think some mod would kill the url I would give, so i wont give a url, but it goes by the name: Play the Pimp.
