Locker?

i haven't really used winamp in a while.. but one thing i noticed has been gone for a long time is the music locker, where you could store something like 3 GB of music on winamp's server. that was REALLY NICE. whatever happened to it? if anyone knows just post a reply

The Winamp service was discontinued about 2 years ago.

The whole myplay service vanished in a puff of smoke shortly afterwards, think they were bought out by some big music corp, the website itself now just gives a DNS error

ya, that was really cool back in the day, too bad I never really figured out how to use it, on my 28k.....
A lot of the free stuff online has died over the years hasnt it...

It has, and it's sad...

And I remember the Winamp lockers. It was a great service - I used to load a grip of shit onto it from home, and then listen to it at school during Website class (because no one there actually did anything but surf the net there, it was great)
