Hi guys,
I always liked the first Geiss visualization and Geiss II sounds even better as I look at the specs. I tested it on Winamp 2.91. It runs really smoothly, even at high resolution. :) The only problem I have is that I don't have a choice for color depth in true fullscreen mode. The only color depth that's available for me is 256 colors. :( Is anybody else experiencing the same problem? I'm using a MSI G4-Ti4200 video card.

It seems that Geiss II is only avaliable in 256 colours have tried it on a few different machines.

Then how come Ryan says Geiss II runs the fastest in 16-bit mode in the Geiss II documentation (section 8, point 1)?

I have a radeon 9000 pro and I can only get 256 colors. Tried re-installing, but still get it.

Early betas of Geiss II had more colours available but they disappeared for the final verison. It look like this is the way it is meant to be.

SO not so much of a bug of Geiss II rather a characteristic

*sigh* I would have liked to get more color depths.
