I have winAMP V.20 and SHOUTcast version 1.7, and it seems to work. But I'm behind a router and nothing that I found in the other posts helped me. I have a NETGEAR RP614 DSL router, and nobody can see my radio station... The link is http://192.168.0.3:8000. I have no clue what to do...help.

192.168.0.3 is a lan ip and will only work for machines on your lan.
DNAS link: http://yourDNASip:yourDNASport
Listen link: http://yourDNASip:yourDNASport/listen.pls
Replace yourDNASip with the ip of the DNAS (SHOUTcast server) and yourDNASport with the DNAS port (default is 8000)
Also, if your router doesn't support local loopback then machines on the same lan as the DNAS (you) need to use the lan ip of the DNAS to connect/listen.
Machines not on the same lan as the DNAS (the rest of the world) need to use the real, world-visible ip of the DNAS to connect/listen.
See RFC1918 (http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc1918.html) for more information. Scroll down and look for the section titled:
3. Private Address Space
How to find your ip address (Part I). (http://www.whatismyip.com)
How to find your ip address (Part II). (http://www.computerjohn*******misc_tips/how_to_find_ip_address.htm)
Finally, you can get a static name, such as foo.bar.com (not as cool as that, though :)) from http://www.no-ip.com or one of the other myriad of Dynamic DNS Services (http://dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Internet/Servers/Address_Management/Dynamic_DNS_Services/).
Then, your links would be:
DNAS link: http://foo.bar.com:yourDNASport
Listen link: http://foo.bar.com:yourDNASport/listen.pls

How do I find the IP of the DNAS server? I'm running it myself on http://192.168.0.3.

http://thedigitaldream.co.uk/ip.php
tells your external IP address

It's wrong though. It says my IP is 63.bla bla bla, but my ISP changed my IP to 10.10.0.95. And none of the IP finders get it, but my router says my orig. IP is 10.10.blablabla.

10.10.0.95 is also an internal private lan ip.
See RFC1918 (http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc1918.html) for more information. Scroll down and look for the section titled:
3. Private Address Space
The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) has reserved the
following three blocks of the IP address space for private internets:
10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255 (10/8 prefix)
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255 (172.16/12 prefix)
192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255 (192.168/16 prefix)
If you supply a private lan ip, then only those on your private lan can access your stream.

Well I disconnected my computer from the network and hooked it directly to the modem. And when I input the 63.bla IP address, it won't let me connect, but when I use the 10.bla one it works.... And when I try to connect to myself for the server...it still says that yp.shoutcast.com can't see my computer/station because of a firewall/NAT/Internet Sharing/ISP cache. What do I do?!?!!?

Also, if your router doesn't support local loopback then machines on the same lan as the DNAS (you) need to use the lan ip of the DNAS to connect/listen.
Machines not on the same lan as the DNAS (the rest of the world) need to use the real, world-visible ip of the DNAS to connect/listen.
If your ISP assigns you 10.10.0.95, then they'll need to do the port forwarding on their end to you.
