Recently I've converted a couple of episodes of ///////////// (even though it's a private stream I won't say what just to cover my butt) to NSV for use in NSVrcSrc.
Settings:
Video bitrate: 65 - Keyframe: 46 - Quality: 59
Video settings: Resolution: 200 x 150 - 20.00 fps
Audio bitrate: 32 - CBR - Mono
Audio settings: Mono - 22050hz
Usually this works fine for most videos. But with these certain videos, a horrible ringing noise comes out of the speakers whenever they're played. I checked the original videos (which I captured myself) and there's NO ringing sound whatsoever.
Is there anything I can do to get rid of this horrible ringing noise?
