Streaming On-Demand Video Via Web Server

Hi everyone:

I want to be able to use NSV to stream ON DEMAND videos via a web server. My question is IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE?? I already know that streaming MP3s via a web server isn't possible (evren with a .pls text file link), but I'm wondering if it'll be any different with NSV.

Will ON DEMAND video streaming via web server be possible or not??
