Hi, if anyone can help me to start an internet TV broadcasting station please call me at 786-256-0728. I'll be glad if anyone can take the time to help me.
When it comes to radio broadcasting I know what I'm doing B/C I own an AM broadcast station and it also broadcasts on the net too, so I have that cover :).
But this NSV thing is new to me and I would like to start something like this.

They both come with instructions but they are pretty much greek if your a Noob so...

Now.. You must choose... Encode your videos to nsv's and then use the winamp server to play them.... or

Ok First you get a prog called Camtasia studio..or any other software that will capture audio and video right off the desktop. Then all you have to do is set it to capture the actuall video off the screen(Overlay Off) and it will appear as a capture source. I recomend playing the video in winamp and capturing @ 320x240. this system works well because theres no converting needed and any file you can play in winamp will be instantly captured and streamed... Its Kinda a Cheap cheaters work around.. But man does it beat reencoding files
just run the capture source of your choice.. the server.. and wait to be touched..
