Streaming NSV files

Hi. Can you tell me HOW to play nsv files? I already have shoutcast server running, nsv files zipped (with .nsv ext) but NSVplay was not included with NSVtools :( Some special need? I can do it with live capture but i can't stream nsv files directly. How can i do this?

use nsvscsrc, there is no such thing as NSVplay as for as I know.
