after considerable attempts at configuration, i am unable to get around the NAK errors. I get as far as sending and the server listening, and then i get the yp.shoutcast.com cannot see my station error.
I currently use winXP, have zone alarm plus, and use a siemans router. The XP firewall is off, the router NAT firewall is disabled, and i have turned zone alarm off ( risky at best) and tried to get a signal thru.
i am using ports 8004 and 8005 for shoutcast and port 80 for the yp server, and have tried using the 666 port also to no avail.
im sure im not unique in the problem but i have searched endlessly for the answers,,,please help:cry:

Did you configure the router to forward the necessary port(s) to the DNAS machine?
