if your wanting to make sure everyone can view your HTML\CSS you can use the w3c validator, located...
Here, for HTML (http://validator.w3.org)
Here, for CSS (http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator-uri.html)

w3c validator will at least check your code with a strict parser. http://validator.w3.org/

the thing is that I already view those
site..
they only validate my html code, searching for
errors...and not validate browser compatibility...

Well, if the browser does not read it corectly,a nd w3c says its good, then the browser should not be made to read web pages, seeing it can not decode correct html....
edit* hmm.. it doesnt seem like my site can be validated, I need to add some html character encoding crap for it...

When you
type like this
with all the line breaks
it makes me read it slower
and forget what I read.

Make a site compatible with the Gecko engine and it will work in any browser.
