How to find stations

I was somewhere today and somehow opened a browser thign in winamp that u picked the quality and stuff and it showed u eitehr radio stations or streaming video stations.How do i get that bakc up?

It's the Media Library in Winamp 2.9X. Click the lihtning bolt in the lower riht corner or open it from the main menu.
