I'm thinking of buying these speakers for my pc.

I'm bad at sound language so how good are they??

They will be alright, but 31W isn't much. I personally like my 200W system I have on my computer - costs a bit more though.

It won't be wallshaking - that's for sure. I would go for something with a little more oomph(search for a Klipsch system - they have some good stuff).

my speakers are already wall shaking and there are only 2 of them(5 of them actually but the other 3 dont play music for some reason) 3 volume controls... sub woofer, speakers, and comp controls :):) wall shaking... one of the speakers fell off one time HA... off the topic of my speakers on to yours i like them if you just want high quality sound/surround sound those are the ones to get.

I would seriously look into a klipsch system. They have good stuff. My 200W system is just 2 speakers and a sub.
