Egg - how did you come across 'Golden Claws'???Between 1988-2000 I was on over 100 different promotional & record company dj mailing lists. One of those was Infectious Records. Been a PWEI fan for many years . . . couldn't believe it when I found out that GCM was Graham Crabb...
btw, have ya got the "All Blue Revue" CD? Awesome stuff!

Cylob
10th November 2003, 17:08
I haven't got an ounce of Graham's solo work (not for the want of trying though). I've temporarily given up on the chase.

Were Infectious afiliated with Chapter 22 at some point? I'm a huge PWEI fan, I always thought Graham and Clint were a good pair. Shame about the split (one scoop too many).

Neutral Milk Hotel - Holland 1945

DJ Egg
10th November 2003, 17:32
No, I don't think so.
Wasn't PWEI's early stuff (86-88) solely on Chapter 22, then I think it/they became affiliated with RCA ???
They only released a few things on Infectious, in the mid 90's
(Dos Dedos Mis Amigos, Everything's Cool, Two Fingers My Friends).

5 Five Pointe 0 - Double X Minus

Cylob
10th November 2003, 18:17
On the packaging (Dos Dedos Mis Amigos, Everything's Cool, Two Fingers My Friends), Infectious is followed by the Chapter 22 logo. I always thought they'd gone back to their roots. Anyway I'm babbling.

Stereolab - The Free Design

DJ Egg
11th November 2003, 01:30
So it is, lol.
Guess that must be PWEI's own patent company,
and the "22" logo follows them wherever they go :D

Patrick cowley was a sound engineer who did a study on electronic music and made some records - he was famous for his "cowbells" on his songs - the song above is also his work - same with alan parsons if only the guy could sing- this doesn't apply for patrick anymore because he died of the same disease as the late and great Freddy M (queen member) did

I already followed "enertia 65800" with:
030 feat. Dr. Motte - Ki (Ich Bin)

The next one should've started with a closed bracket, ie. -> )

And therefore, the next one should've been by )EIB(
(at least, they're the only band I know of that start with a closed bracket).
I made it a difficult one on purpose, hehe ;)

So, I rightfully declare everything from that post onwards to be null. :p
