surround sound speakers

does anybody know how i can get the skin with the surround sound speakers? i had it on my old computer and i cant remember how i got it, but iknow it was from here. it has like 4 speakers, 2 subs and 2 tweeters i think, something like that, thanks for any help

its just speakers i think
